New Bike Purchases

Congratulations on your new ride & welcome to our community!

We are so excited for you and while you start clocking the miles on your new ride, do keep in mind that with all new bicycles, it takes a bit of riding to break in.

Typically within 3 months, depending on how much and how often it is used, you can request for us to bring your bicycle in for a complimentary first tune up and cleaning once you notice that that the shifting and gearing is starting to feel off. This is completely normal and a part of the running in process as new cables start to stretch and season with use.

For your convenience, this first complimentary tune-up also comes with a pick-up and drop-off service, should you require. You may contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9116 5911 to book a slot.

Shipping and Delivery

Local Delivery within Singapore:
- $4 per order
- FREE for orders >$80.
- Local delivery lead time typically within 3-5 days.

In-store Collection:
- Free.

International delivery:

Warranty

INFO
If anything were to happen to our bikes during the warranty period, we will do our best to get them repaired. However, please note that such warranty does not cover cases of improper use and mechanical damages resulting from accidents, negligence or manipulation to the bike, whether intended or accidental. Analysis will be conducted by our in-house mechanic and any findings/results will be final and conclusive.

COVER
- PASHLEY & CICLI BLUME: You may come back to us anytime within 12 months from the date of purchase
- CAPTAIN STAG: You may come back to us anytime within 6 months from the date of purchase

TERMS
- The warranty period starts from the day the product is purchased, is applicable only to the original owner and is not transferable.
- If any component of the bicycle requires replacement during the warranty period, we will try our best to use an identical replacement piece. However, if it’s no longer available, we will use a component of similar form and function instead. Any decision to replace or repair a broken component will be made by our in-house mechanic. This decision is conclusive & binding.
- This warranty cover is void if the product had not been used or maintained according the manufacturer’s instructions or if the product was transferred to any third party.
- Any alterations or improper use of the bicycle or any of its components in any possible way, either intended or accidental, voids the warranty cover in its entirety.
- Our bicycles should not be used for anything other than the use for which it is intended. Necessary periodic maintenance must be carried out to upkeep the bicycle.
- Any of these mentioned activities or similar activities will void the warranty in its entirety: Competitions, stunt riding, ramp jumping, bicycle racing, motocross, dirt biking, dirt jumping, freestyle ramp jumping, acrobatics or other similar activities.
- Necessary periodic maintenance must be carried out to upkeep the bicycle.

NOT COVERED
- Wear & tear parts, cleaning, general servicing/maintenance and tune-ups.
- Any damage(s) caused by neglect, lack of or improper maintenance, improper installation and/or assembly of any parts or accessories not performed by our in-house mechanic, accidents, crashes, collisions, or abnormal operations of the bike.
- Any damage(s) caused by abuse, misuse, improper use, negligence, modification, alteration, removal or parts, tampering or disassembly of the bike.
- Any damage(s) resulting from the use or installation of an accessory or part not manufactured or sold.
- Any cosmetic condition(s) or surface corrosion from chips or hairline scratches in the paint.
- Any damage(s) caused by water, heat/sun exposure as well as normal wear and tear.
- Any deterioration such as discolouration, fading or deformation.
- Transportation costs pertaining to the bike required in the delivery of this cover.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns
- Our return policy is 7 days including the date of purchase. We will not be able to offer a refund / exchange after 7 days.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with your original proof of receipt.

Promotional/Discounted/Sale Items
We do not offer any refund / exchange for these items once payment has been made, partially or in full. Partial refunds may be made (if applicable) in circumstances where:

- Items show obvious signs of use.
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
- We do not typically offer refunds unless the item is faulty or is due to manufacturing defects, where we are not able to replace due to the lack of inventory. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days, including the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with your original proof of receipt.
- Any item brought will be subjected to inspection before approval.
- In the case of a refund, once your return has been inspected, we will initiate the refund process via the payment method that was chosen when upon check out.
- If the item was bought on our website, there will be a 5% order cancellation fee for admin charge imposed by the platform. The remaining amount will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, subjected to the bank’s processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We accept exchanges within 7 days, including the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with your original proof of receipt.
- Any item brought will be subjected to inspection before approval.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
- To return your product, we highly recommend you to bring your product to the outlet it was purchased from.
- However, if you choose to ship, we would recommend using a reliable trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs which are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
