Shipping policy

Singapore delivery

We deliver island-wide in Singapore. Bicycles are delivered fully assembled, checked, and ready to ride. Delivery fees (if any) and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout, and we will contact you to confirm a delivery window once your order is ready.

In-store collection

Free collection is available from our store at 101 Kitchener Road, #08-04 Jln Besar Plaza, Singapore 208511. We will notify you by email when your order is ready. For bicycles, we recommend allowing time for a fitting at collection.

International shipping

We ship selected items internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout where available; for bicycles and bulky items, contact info@rhythmandride.sg for a shipping quote before ordering. Bicycles shipped internationally are professionally packed and may be partially disassembled for transit.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

General

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Pre-order and special-order lead times are stated on the product page or confirmed by email.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control, but we will always help you track and resolve any issue.
